Terry arrived, explained what he was going to do to rectify our situation. Step one then step two. Step one (which was a super plunger) didn’t work so then he went to step two (which was an industrial type auger). Fortunately, step two resolved our problem. Terry was in & out in about 1-1/2 hours. Even though he was in and out of the pouring rain, he left our house neat and clean.
