Terry came to our house on a Sunday within 2 hours of being requested. He was professional and knowledgeable. He repaired everything that he was able to and referred us to other professionals for what was outside of his scope. Terry is friendly and was a calming and helpful force in a stressful situation.

I was having difficulty finding the leak in my house, and Barbosa sent Terry to my house within 30 minutes of my call. Terry was able to locate the reason why my water bill was double. We located a ball joint leak in a partially hidden outdoor faucet that comes from the ground and not the wall of the house. In all, I believe he was at my house in less than an hour and saved me a $100 month in water bills.
Initially when I called, I spoke to Jen or to Andy Barbosa. A week or so later, I found it a bit frustrating to only be able to get to Jen or Terry (the plumber) though a new person called David who did not seem to have been very well trained...yet.
Terry from Barbosa is the best he gets here fast, works quickly telling you what the problem/solution is and cleans up after his work
Terry and his assistant (I am terrible with names and forgot his…my bad…) redid our bathroom fixtures and made them look brand new. I always know that when Terry shows up, the job is going to get done right.
