Jonathan took the time to research the problem with the manufacturer and was able to fix the problem that another plumber was not able to.
I understand weekend rates are higher. That said; my issue ended up being a simple switch or the breaker box button. Took less than 2 min to discover the issue. I wish someone could have asked me before coming out if I had checked the breaker box as $195 to just flip that switch was disappointing.
