Spring and Fall checkups are very Important to both maintain the operation of your system and
to ensure it is operating at maximum efficiency. Barbosa Mechanical highly recommends a system checkup for
proper operation prior to our hot Texas summers! Remember 1980 (113 degrees), 1998 and 1999 (109 degrees).
Service
Contracts are available at cost effective rates for your new or existing Heating and Cooling system. With a Service

Replacing filters
will allow proper air flow over the coil. This is a good action to take because it will reduce the chances of an unexpected
break down. Also improving your indoor air quality (reduce duct cleaning expense) and reduce wear and tear on your system.
Another tip to remember as the need for cooling continues to increase is to make
sure you have an even amount of cool air throughout your home or office. This can be achieved effectively and efficiently
